Ever since I was a kid, I have been obsessed with two things: finding a way to contravene the law of reality that forbids us to 'have the cake and eat the cake' and… helping people.
And after decades of hard labour and a towering quantity of wheat flour, I finally found the way! Unfortunately, it only works for cake, and I realised that (most) people do not have cake problems! So, I opted for the next best thing: coaching with assorted and suitable add-ons.

Good question. My name is Gopal, and for more than forty years I have been pursuing this answer… yet it continues to elude me.
For now, let us simply say that the “who” explores an inner territory filled with complexities, that the “I” remains a work in perpetual evolution, and that the “am” is simply there because one needs a verb.
